Silverlakes community at Gateway is located in Southwest Florida near Fort Myers at 13035 Lakehurst Court, Fort Myers, Fl 33913.
The Silverlakes community is part of the development known as Gateway. In Gateway there are planned areas for shopping, schools, parks, places of worship, and offices. There are many different communities in Gateway. The Silverlakes community is but one of approximately twenty-six different residential areas, all within Gateway.
The purpose of this web site is to provide an overview so that interested parties can obtain a perspective and knowledge of our local community and Association activities. We are very proud of our community and earnestly hope that this web site helps to convey this image.
The Silverlakes at Gateway Homeowner’s Association is responsible for the enforcement of certain provisions of the Declaration of General Protective Covenants and Restrictions for Silverlakes, in addition to protecting and enhancing property values.
One of the most appealing aspects of the Silverlakes community is the beautiful blending of architecture and environment. The Silverlakes Covenants and Bylaws provide for a resident controlled Architectural Control Committee to help assure long-term community quality. ACC approval is needed for any exterior structural additions or changes of existing homes and landscape. The committee meets regularly to review plans.
