New Resident: Make sure to contact the Property Manager to let them know that you are a new resident. Be prepared to give them the name of the former owner and your new address and phone number. This way they can get you listed into the Silverlakes gate access system as soon as possible. You will be given a proximity card which will permit you access into the Silverlakes Clubhouse and also permit you to access the detail section of the Silverlakes Web-Site.
